About us...

The Memorial area is a prestigious upscale market that boasts mature trees and neighborhoods with oversized lots.  It is west of downtown and was one of the first suburban areas to follow the job growth in Houston.  Today you will see many ‘tear-downs’ as the value of the real estate far exceeds the value of the original homes that were built there.  Memorial lies within the western edge of the “Energy Corridor” and so there are jobs convenient to the residents.

We are more than just a team of professional real estate agents at our office. Our agents are an integral part of the community – we are your neighbor, friend, and/or colleague. We shop, dine and play, we volunteer at area nonprofits, and most importantly, we send our kids to the local schools and enjoy all that our community has to offer.

Brandon Warren, a proud native Houstonian, is an integral member of the esteemed Lester Warren Team, renowned for its exceptional performance in the real estate market. Before embarking on his career as a Realtor, Brandon played a pivotal role in the new home industry, assisting clients in realizing their dream homes in areas such as the Woodlands, Kingwood, Cypress, and the surrounding Houston regions. His extensive experience in new home sales, coupled with a profound understanding of the building industry, ensures Brandon possesses the essential tools for success. His knowledge encompasses builder quality, the inspection process, and the art of discovering the perfect home for his clients.

After graduating from Clear Creek High School in League City, Brandon enlisted in the Navy. His service led him to stations in Jacksonville, Florida, and San Diego, California. Following his honorable service in the Navy, he embarked on a highly successful career in the oil and gas industry, which seamlessly transitioned into the housing market, where he thrived in new home sales. Brandon asserts that entering the world of real estate was inevitable given his deep affection for the industry and his familial ties, as both his wife and sister are accomplished Realtors.

Beyond real estate, Brandon is a proud member of the Aircraft Owner and Pilot Association and enjoys taking to the skies in his spare time. He possesses a keen passion for traveling with his wife, Claire, a deep appreciation for history, and finds immense joy in doting on his daughters, and cherished Goldendoodle.
